Acute Pain
Acute Pain
After you have been assessed by an MD, Acupuncture can be beneficial in the treatment of acute injuries, where swelling and pain are too fresh for other manual therapies (such as massage). In cases like sprained ankles, fractured bones, minor accidents, and recent surgery, Acupuncture has been used to reduce pain and swelling as well as improve the rate of healing and range of motion.

Headaches
Headaches
Acupuncture can be effective in treating many types of headaches, including migraines, cluster headaches, tension headaches, and headaches due to weather, air pressure changes or hormonal changes. Each individual receives custom treatments for their type of headache.
