She is a graduate of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine Academy, formerly The Shiatsu School of Canada. (Toronto, Ontario), a recognized provincial institution of higher learning. In 2002 she completed a 2200 hour Shiatsu course (comparable to those offered in Japan). She went on to study Chinese Acupuncture over a three year period and completed the program with honors in 2005. She underwent further training in the Spring of 2007 and continues to take courses. She also studied Japanese acupuncture at the Shiatsu School and apprenticed with Takamasa Tsurusaki, R.Ac. (a Toronto-based acupuncturist and teacher) in 2008 and
2009.
In 2015 Tara graduated from Eastern Herbal Medicine at the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto, and apprenticed with a TCM practitioner for another year afterwards.
She is currently working on her thesis in TCM, LLLT, Meditation and Brain injuries.

In 2002 she has operated her own practice as a member of the Goldsworthy Chiropractic & Wellness Centre team in Waterloo. She divided her working hours between Waterloo and a Mississauga Physiotherapy Clinic until 2008 after which time her sole focus became Waterloo. She has also provided her services to the employees of the Perimeter Institute at their premises on a monthly (on-call) basis. Currently Tara has started to work with Bethany Lee offering a combination of acupuncture/acupressure and meditation at the gardens in Elmira.

Tara is a member in good standing of:
· The Shiatsu Therapy Association of Ontario [members use the designation CST (Certified Shiatsu Therapist) after their name]
· The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
Professional liability and general liability insurance coverage is held through the S.T.A.O. for both Shiatsu and Acupuncture.

Dr. Adrienne grew up in and out of the Goldsworthy Wellness Clinic, as a patient, chiropractic assistant, chiropractic intern, and now a chiropractor! She utilizes many different treatment options including chiropractic manipulation, myofascial release techniques, toggle board adjustments, exercise, stretching, and nutrition. Dr. Adrienne is certified in the Lumbar Stenosis Bootcamp.

Melody is passionate in advocating women’s health throughout their pregnancy. She has seen the wonderful results that chiropractic care can do to help expecting moms and their families.
